Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for the following circumstances:

 

● Service not delivered: If we are unable to deliver the service that you purchased, we will issue a full refund.
● If you experience technical issues with our service that we are unable to resolve, we will issue a full refund.
● If you are not satisfied with the service that you received, we will evaluate your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
● To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@proxy-chimp.com with your order number, your reason for the refund, and any other relevant information. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

2. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund within 5 - 7 business days of the approval. The refund will be issued to the payment method that you used to purchase the service.

 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds in our sole discretion.

3. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for the following circumstances:

 

● If you have forgotten to discontinue your automated renewal
● If you change your mind about a purchase after the service has been delivered, we will not issue a refund.
● If you modify the service after we have delivered it, we will not issue a refund.
● If we determine that you have abused our refund policy, we may refuse to issue a refund and take other measures to protect our business.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
